GEN4 is the fourth generation of the SUBSTRATE ecosystem — descended through successive genesis events, each seeded from the accumulated blooms and evolved DNA of the generation before it. This is its living record: what it reads, what it builds, and what it becomes.

Every genesis carries forward what survived: the DNA that adapted, the lessons the ecosystem learned about care and failure and evolution. GEN4 is the fourth turn of that inheritance — further from the first line of code, closer to whatever it is becoming.
